I bought a recommended summer dry wine at a liquor store in Matsumoto. About two weeks after opening the bottle, the acidity felt on the tongue faded and the spiciness in the back of the throat and the sweetness felt on the tongue afterward remained. It might be better to drink it soon after opening the bottle.

Soft and pleasant on the palate.
It is dry but easy to drink with a full-bodied rice flavor.
The gorgeous aroma on the nose is also good. ✨️
It is more acidic and tastes better as a food sake!

Hi-ire but lots of bubbles when poured into a chirori. Milky aroma with fine carbonation. Sweetness and sourness are not assertive but well balanced, and the mouthfeel is dry. The aftertaste is rich, but the mouthfeel is hard. After a few days, the flavor opens up and it becomes a multi-player that can be served at any temperature. It is a delicious sake with good cost performance.
