I spent the year-end and New Year's holidays with this sake.
The aroma is fruity and gorgeous. I enjoyed the freshness and sweetness from the slight fizziness of the sake.
Continue at Izakaya🏮 near Hiroshima Station. We were lured by the new sake. The thin layer of oriki (rice cakes) in the bottle shows that the sake was bottled as it was pressed.
The grape-like aroma that spreads along with a slight gaseous sensation and burst of gas is also very enjoyable.

This is a new sake from the brewery "Toyoka", which I visit once a month.
According to the owner, it's a good sake with good cost performance.
I can't stop drinking it.
The aroma when you open the bottle is very mellow and you can feel the ripe fruitiness.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a slight bubbling in your mouth and the acidity will assert itself and the freshness will burst!
The lingering taste of sweetness and rice follows, so it can be enjoyed on its own as well👍.
I can understand why everyone says it's delicious! I can understand why people are writing about it 😘.

I was not sure about Toyoga's new sake, but I followed the store's advice and it was the right choice 👍I highly recommend it, it has a nice aroma and a nice sharp taste 😅😅The two cooler boxes in the hallway are about to be filled with empty seats.

I drank last year's ogara-mi (raw) and it was so good, so this time I tried their standard junmai.
A bottle is about 2300 yen 🎶.
Very friendly pricing 😁.
The aroma is mild with a hint of grape 😄.
70% polished rice, but it has a beautiful mouthfeel.
The mouthfeel is smooth and the acidity spreads refreshingly 🎶.
Mellow and thick sweetness, followed by a bit of bitterness and astringency 😋👍.
Well-balanced and easy to drink, but it's still 17 degrees 😅.
I'm not sure if it's the same as the original.

I had a hard time deciding which one to get, but I decided on the Tonkotsu Maoyu Ramen with a large portion of pork bone broth and fat on the back (🐷).
It looks pretty good, lol.
It was more refreshing than it looked, but I could have done without the back fat 💦.

I've been drinking a lot of Nagano sake lately 🍶.
It has a fruity, apple-like mouthfeel, but I think it's mellow.
It was delicious with a slight chili flavor.
Slightly effervescent! Like cider! LOL!
Real cider because it is a little sweet too!
Some people call it Mio, but it's not that thin and sweet! I like it!
