This year's Toyokoro Hatsushiboromi is now available at 15% Orikarami. The aroma is gentle and the freshly squeezed flavor spreads softly in the mouth. It has a soft lightness and freshness.
Although this is the first time it has been pressed, the bite is not strong and the soft touch is nice. It has a moderate green apple-like aroma.
Kaoru-shu. Compared to Jungin, the aroma is still good! But the sweetness is more like sugar candy than I expected, and although it is not indicated on the label, I guess that means it is hiyaoroshi, right? It is perfect for sipping slowly and sipping slowly!
Souzake. It is unfiltered and 17% alcohol! The first aroma is a faint apple ginjo aroma, and when you drink it, you can feel the crisp mouthfeel, freshness, and umami flavor. The finish is crisp and clean. It has a strong sense of alcohol, but there is a beer-like bitterness and gaseousness, so even beer drinkers can enjoy it. The dumpling pairing was unexpectedly good!
The third night of the Nagano trip was spent at Ane-san's favorite standing bar, kaku.uchi.
It is a bar run by Hattoya Sake Shop 🕊️ in Nagano city.
First up was Toyoka from Okaya City near Suwa Lake.
I had it with cold sake 🍶.
The first aroma was mild and sweet, as if it had been aged in ice temperature.
The first sip has a mild sweet aroma that is typical of ice-aged sake.
This sake was delicious. ✨️
I need to visit sake breweries in Suwa and Kiso 🤔.
