The sweetness is not too strong, and the umami of the rice can be felt well, and the dryness of the alcohol in the latter half makes it easy to drink. It is better to drink with a meal than as a stand-alone sake. It goes well with various chicken dishes. The fourth one, Tengu Mai Umeshu (plum wine), was also delicious, with a moderate sweetness that went well with the meal.

Trouble at work. I couldn't catch the last train for the first time in a while. If I was going to take a cab, I went to a late-night diner to have a meal before going home. I had a motsu nabe set meal and a beer, followed by a glass of Takashimizu. This Takashimizu is not like Rokugo-yeast. It was refreshing, but had a rice-like flavor. Good night.

This sake is also easy to drink with a clean dry taste. It does not have the strong umami taste characteristic of brewed sake, and seems to be a normal junmai sake. I appreciate the reasonable price.
