The sweetness is not too strong, and the umami of the rice can be felt well, and the dryness of the alcohol in the latter half makes it easy to drink. It is better to drink with a meal than as a stand-alone sake. It goes well with various chicken dishes. Trouble at work. I couldn't catch the last train for the first time in a while. If I was going to take a cab, I went to a late-night diner to have a meal before going home. I had a motsu nabe set meal and a beer, followed by a glass of Takashimizu. This Takashimizu is not like Rokugo-yeast. It was refreshing, but had a rice-like flavor. Good night.

I bought it at an antenna store in the north-tohoku area. I looked at it carefully and found out that it is an Akita limited edition sake. At room temperature. Subdued aroma Smooth on the palate. Gradually, the umami of rice spreads gradually. It seems to be made with yeast No. 6, but the taste is very calm.

Purchased with a gift certificate I won at a department store at the end of last year. This was my first time drinking Takashimizu's Daiginjo, but it seemed to have the typical Takashimizu taste.

Takashimizu in a heightened Akita mood. When drunk cold, it is refreshing on the palate while the koji-like sweetness and aroma can be felt in the back of the mouth through the flavor. When it is served cold (at room temperature), the koji flavor becomes stronger from the aroma, and the taste of koji can be felt firmly on the palate.

It has a slight sweetness typical of junmai and a fresh texture on the tongue, which is typical of new spring sake.
