Transparent crystal silver hue.
Plenty of fruit, mainly apple and pear, melon, and a hint of banana. Sweet green nuances of chervil, and fresh powder.
The wine has a sweet taste, but is sharp with a firm acidity. Full-bodied bitterness in the aftertaste.
Very clear taste.

Crystal tones with a hint of yellow.
Pears, ripe melon, apples, and a hint of banana! Fruity aromas abound. There is a fine, fine rice aroma, like that of kamishinko or shiratama dumplings. There is a faint aroma of lime and whipped cream.
There is a mild sweetness that gives a sense of fullness, but there is also a fair amount of acidity, and it finishes with a lingering spiciness from the alcohol.
It is a trendy flavor. It is delicious.

Really nice, smooth and slightly creamy, but with a good medium acidity. Green apple, lemon zest, lychee, cream cheese, salt. Complex, delicious flavours, some of the brightest fruit flavours I’ve tasted in a sake. Hint of sweetness but pretty dry overall, finishes smooth and savoury.

Akita sake series.
On the way home from a business trip, I took the limited express train "Inaho" instead of the Akita Shinkansen to see the Sea of Japan.
It is also possible to choose an empty train to go home by Corona disaster.
This sake is refreshing, but has a strong taste.
A delicious drink all by itself.
Actually, I was going to leave the sake until I could see the Sea of Japan, but I drank it so lightly and swiftly that I ended up with an empty bottle...
