Sour apple and koji as usual. It is not heavy, but fresh, sweet and unique, very well balanced and tasty as always.
It is a must for those who like sourness.
The third glass was my first "Malhi.
The nose has a grape-like aroma.
The palate is fresh and clean with a pleasant sweet and sour taste. It has a moist sweetness, but the lightness and sharpness derived from the acidity produce an elegant taste that makes you smile!
Hi stst 🐦.
I opened a bottle of the same one yesterday 😊It's an easy drinking Yamahai 😋 I'm really smitten 🤭I'm going to enjoy it for a couple more days 😁.
Good evening, Pon-chan!
As you said, I was surprised at how easy it was to drink and how much I couldn't believe it was Yamahai ✨.
This is the first time I've had Hiraizumi itself, and I can see why it's so popular 😌.
Personal preference.

It has a grapefruit-like taste. It is still refreshing and delicious.
The mouthfeel is full of acidity. After that, the sense of "Gureuprutsu" and rice swells up. Contrary to expectations, it has a nice sharpness. This is delicious!
I'm in the mood for a little drink today, too. I went to Toyama-san in Kanda after a long time because I have a golf tournament tomorrow and wanted to have a light drink before heading out. When I opened the door, there was one customer in front of me. I thought I recognized him, but it turned out to be a friend of mine from work. We were both surprised, and the owner was also surprised, but we decided to drink together. The first drink was a Maruhi that caught my eye in the refrigerator. I had seen this sake at Sake-no-wa and wanted to try it. It was sweet, sour, and refreshing. It is delicious.

I also liked this one!
Maybe it's because I drank a lot of Shinsei first, but I could easily taste the bitterness 🤔.
Hi Pon, good evening here too.
Another brewery in the same genre - this kind of drinking comparison is also nice ⤴️
I think I like Kuroryu's Akigari and Jyuseki, so I made a note of it: ✍️
Pon, here too😄!
I think there might be an increase in bitterness after Shinsei 😁😁.
I'm surprised that drinking heated sake resets it 😋.
I haven't had maruhi for a long time, I should try it 🤔.
Pon.
Good evening!
I envy you that you were able to compare so many hiyaoroshi and I'm sure it was fun to taste the different flavors of each brewery 😍I would love to go to such tasting events!
Thank you very much, ma-ki-chan 😊.
I love to compare hiyaoroshi and shinzake (new sake) and I think ❣️ Jyuseki is not so bitter if this is the only one 👍If you come across it, please do 😉.
T.KISO, thanks for your help here 😊.
I'm glad I drank the Tamagawa warmed up after the Shinmasa 😭 heard good things 😊🙏.
I want to drink all Maruhi next season 😁.
Thank you so much for your time here 😊.
Shinmasa is good, but I'm looking forward to this one too 🎶I'm participating every year 😁Hiyaoroshi, I'm not able to drink much this year, so I was happy to see you 😁❣️
It is described as nigori (nigori sake), but it is really just a bit of ogara (a hint of ogara). The taste is generally as described on the label, and it is delicious.
