[Buy direct from Chisa Aoki🤩] I bought this bottle from Chisa Aoki, the eldest daughter of the brewery, at a sales event at Ikebukuro Seibu the week before last. It was great to meet a celebrity in the industry 😆. I couldn't taste it because of this time of year, but I was able to smell a few different scents and chose this label as my favorite ✌️. It's a Hitachinishiki Junmai Ginjo aged for almost 2 years at very low temperature, and it's the first label to be sold this year. The aroma is grape 🍇-like, which is the reason why I decided to buy it, and when you put it in your mouth, the beautiful sweetness and full-bodied flavor will fill your mouth. The aftertaste is crisp and spicy with a unique aroma that makes it a fun sake to drink😄. This is a must drink for those who are allergic to aged sake as well as Ousachi ❗❗ I should have bought this in a bottle 😅.

It's gassy and schwaggy. The aroma is quite fruity. The aroma is quite fruity, and the taste is refreshing, somewhere between dry and sweet. I have the impression that it hits the perfect balance between dry and sweet. The impression of "Gohkei-shiki" has been improved. I can't drink it because I don't usually see it 😅.

Second recommendation for summer sake. It is a little dry and has an alu feel and a little bitterness. But it has a nice sharpness. Well, this type of summer sake is good. From now on, I will drink dry summer sake! I think I will drink dry summer sake from now on.

Gokeiji Junmai Ginjo 100% Ibaraki Prefecture original rice "Fukumaru Also purchased at a nearby liquor store Pink label (spring only?) When I drank the pink label (spring only?) Gokeijo I had an impression that it was delicious, so I bought it. I chose one made with 100% Ibaraki rice. It is full, juicy, robust, and sweet. It also had a feeling like Oumachi! Postscript It tastes great even a few days after opening the bottle! It is also good with a meal.

100% Fukumaru produced in Ho Prefecture Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 16%. The fresh aroma makes you think it might be refreshing, but it's juicy and full of flavor 😆 I forgot it was a limited edition sake and drank it in droves 😋. Fukumaru is a common rice, very large and tasty even when cold, so it can be used for lunch 👍It's my favorite Ibaraki rice to eat these days 💕It's great that it tastes so good as a sake 🎉!
