I bought this today at "Ibaraki Jizake Bar Mito".
This is the second bottle, a sake from Furukawa.
The rice is "Hitanishiki".
I was told that this rice produces a clear, dry sake, but it tastes sweet and rich!
I had heard that this rice is supposed to brew a clear, dry sake, but it is sweet and has a rich flavor!
I felt that the potential of sake is ♾️.
I would like to taste it in a 4-ounce bottle.
Yesterday's sake "Ancient Rice" was also sweet and good!
