Purchased during a visit to the brewery on 2024/11.
It has a creamy taste typical of nigori sake, followed by a refreshing sweetness and a pleasant alcohol taste, but with a clean aftertaste. Personally, I like this sake.
It is nice to be able to encounter brands that are hard to find in Tokyo when you visit your hometown!
