The aroma is gorgeous, the richness is small, and it doesn't have the same hookiness as shochu...!
It will disappear in a second when combined with soy sauce-based richness or salted sea squirt with a strong umami taste!

It was light and not too spicy.
The alcohol content was not too strong, so I could easily drink it all the way through. It is easy to drink, but I would like to see more richness and depth. I thought it was just average. I would not buy it again.

I bought it at a convenience store in the train station on my way back from my parents' house! And I'm so happy because it was my favorite Aomori sake, "Joppari" ✨.
When you open the bottle, the aroma is similar to barley. After a while, a relaxing sweet aroma of rice rises to the surface!
The mouthfeel is smooth and silky, and a pungent, chili-like taste coats the tongue. On the other hand, the sweetness is a bit mellow. The flavor is peachy 🍑.
Maybe it's because it leaves an aftertaste like eating sashimi, but it makes me want to eat tuna 🤤.
It is dry with an alcoholic taste, but it also has the sweetness and umami of rice. Especially when drunk as a mid-meal drink, the dryness of the sake helps reset the palate after a meal, while the light umami spreads on the palate. It is also very cost-effective and is a friend of the common people.
