I bought it at a local liquor store. It is another famous sake from Aomori. The name "Johari" means "stubborn" or "obstinate," so you can imagine that it is not a sweet-mattari sake. I had it hot. It is gentle and light on the palate, with a refreshing sharpness. It seems to go well with all kinds of food, but tonight I had a small amount with green pepper miso. Rather than amplifying the flavor of the miso, it seems to quickly rinse the palate. You can drink as much as you want because you don't get tired of drinking. I love Aomori.
