It's been a while since I had a HADE MATSUKOTO a long time ago 🤗.
I just got back from Ichikawa and had a relaxing drink at home😙.

It's very comfortable to drink and has a great flavor and sharpness 😚.
It's not a fruity modern dry wine, it's spicy, but it's not heavy, it's kind of 🤔 very supple 🥹It's a bottle that will make you drink more and more 🤗.
By the way, a story about Monday in GW Ichikawa
On this day, J&N & my daughter and Jay's sister celebrated Jay's father's US jubilee ㊗️ with Jay's father in a wheelchair and went to an izakaya (Japanese style bar) that Jay had been to before ‼️ but unfortunately his son was not attending due to a cold 😢.
This is a very reasonable izakaya where the price is 680 yen for a bottle of Jyushiyo, but they were out of it that day 😓 We had Bakuren => Daishichi => Hakkaizan 😋.
I asked my father, who used to be a top salesman, "Didn't you used to go to this kind of izakaya a lot in the old days?" He replied "Oh, it used to be a higher grade 🤔"...but we all laughed 🤣.
We couldn't stay too long because I get tired easily, but I'm glad we were able to celebrate 🤗Thanks to my sister who takes care of me everyday 🥹.

It was bottled in February last year and shipped in September, so it has a light matured aroma. Melon-like sweetness and a bit of minerality. I'd like to try more Matsunotsuju.

The brewing water is super soft water.
Enjoying the aroma of mellow rice, a subtle woody aroma that lingers in the nose as soon as you take a sip.
It has a hard taste with no sweetness.
Delicious bitterness of grain and a hint of rice flavor
Sake that can be drunk slowly and enjoy the changes in flavor 🍶.

This brewery brews sake with very soft water with a hardness of 2 degrees.
HADE na matsukoto.
Fruity, sweet, and delicious, with a nice bitter aftertaste, my favorite type.
Matsu no Kotobuki Junmai Ginjo Omachi Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake
It has a wild, rich umami taste that is very Omachi-like. It has a moderate acidity and a lingering astringency.
It is much tastier than the last time I drank it.

I dug up a brand that had been sleeping in the fridge at home since about January 🔩.
It has a sake strength of +3.5, which is right between sweet and dry, and it was easy to drink, with a slight flavor but not too thick 😋Thanks for the drink 🙏.

Juicy and umami. I drank Yumesasara after this event, but I definitely prefer the Omachi!
It's gassy and not very sweet, but it's delicious!

What's that? I think this is what Nemuchi-san was talking about when he said it was an Omachi-like sake 🤔.
