Summer Sake #4! I'm tempted to open it even though I haven't finished the last one yet. Matsu no Kotobuki is a brand new to me. Yes, it's a jacket buy. It has a fruity aroma. It tastes sweet. It has a little bitterness. But it's clean and doesn't leave any aftertaste. It is delicious.

Event. Toast Festa 2024 with Tochigi Local Sake. Jazz music was playing on the stage and it was getting good 😄. Sake. The label is beautiful 😉. Kore da 👉. I tend to choose sake I don't know by the label😅. The color is light amber. This yellowish color could be due to the light 💧. The smell is sweet and the sweetness on the palate reminds me of banana rolls 🍌. This is new 😳 The ginjo aroma is also clad in sweetness. The sweetness stands out from start to finish: ☺️ A refreshing soft sweet sake that I never get tired of drinking 🍶.

Drink Comparison Series! I wanted to drink it once. Beautiful label lol ◾️ Butterfly Lady Sake rice: Yume Sarara Junmai Ginjo ◾️ Natsunokotobuki Sake Rice:Gohyakumangoku Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake But Mrs. Butterfly! I didn't wrap it! This is not allowed! To be honest, when I opened my mouth, it was too hard and I didn't like both in my opinion, so I took one drink and stopped. The next day, I shook the zesty sake bottle and mixed it with air, and OH! The Mrs.'s became fluffier and the alcohol aftertaste decreased. The Kotobuki was, ah, yes, like Gohyakumangoku. The Kotobuki has a refreshing taste, with a twang in the nose. The alcohol aftertaste was also reduced. The third day. I shook it again today. Hmmm, maybe I overdid it a bit? The second day might have been just right in my opinion. But I didn't like them both. I prefer labels lol.

Toast Festa with Tochigi's local sake🤗④ 29 breweries (one sake from each brewery), craft beer, various dishes, etc. The sake menu is full of kanji characters on the front and back, and the venue is so lively that it will make your 😵‍💫 eyes roll! The sake was light, sweet and sour, cool and refreshing, and easy to drink.
