Tochigi love 🥰 since the Chuai drink in March.
Like monthly Tochigi love 🥰?
I thought so, but I also loved Tochigi at Matsuo Taisha event😅.
I think this is the second time this month?
It was bottled in February last year and shipped in September, so it has a light matured aroma. Melon-like sweetness and a bit of minerality. I'd like to try more Matsunotsuju.
The sweetness and light maturity coexist and come together at the same time.
Good evening Jay & Nobby 😃.
I'd like to keep it at least once a month 😌I'd like to drink minor Tochigi sake, so it's difficult if we drink outside 🤔The only ones we have are Senkou and others 😅.
Overall 9 (out of 10)
I visited Matsui Sake Brewery and purchased this product!
The brewing water is super soft water.
Enjoying the aroma of mellow rice, a subtle woody aroma that lingers in the nose as soon as you take a sip.
It has a hard taste with no sweetness.
Delicious bitterness of grain and a hint of rice flavor
Sake that can be drunk slowly and enjoy the changes in flavor 🍶.
The aroma I perceived is as follows.
-Aroma: Aroma of rice
-Aroma: Aroma of rice
Taste sensation
The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum)
-Spiciness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste
-Sweetness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste
-Sourness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste
-Bitterness: 2 at the beginning → 4 in the aftertaste
-Rice flavor: Start 2 → Lingering 2
Good morning, shinsaku3😃!
Matsui Shuzo from Daishinshu Shuzo! That's quite a distance to travel 😳I have a bottle of Matsu no Kotobuki Hitogokochi in the fridge that I'm looking forward to drinking 😊.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😃.
Since it's GW, my wife and I went on a sake brewery tour 😃.
4/28: Chikumanishiki Brewery in Nagano → Okazaki Brewery → Daishinshu Brewery
4/29: Nishibori Sake Brewery in Tochigi -> Sugita Sake Brewery -> Matsui Sake Brewery
I like Matsu-no Kotobuki Hitogokochi!
The Shizuku label this time was delicious, so I'm going to try Hitogokochi too!
Also, everyone at each brewery was very kind and friendly!
We became a fan of Tochigi's sake breweries at once!
It's great that you and your wife went on a sake brewery tour 🤗and Shinshu and Tochigi are great choices👍.
We also love to visit sake breweries and stores together 😄 We're sure you bought a lot of sake! Enjoy your visit 👋 we'd love to visit you 😆.
Yes, 1/3 of the fridge is now occupied by sake 😋.
I'm going to enjoy and savor it while remembering the brewery staff's explanations during the second half of GW 😃😃.
The 7th Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix ⑦
I guess since I drank it at a Japanese sake festival before.
This brewery brews sake with very soft water with a hardness of 2 degrees.
HADE na matsukoto.
Fruity, sweet, and delicious, with a nice bitter aftertaste, my favorite type.
Matsu no Kotobuki Junmai Ginjo Omachi Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake
It has a wild, rich umami taste that is very Omachi-like. It has a moderate acidity and a lingering astringency.
It is much tastier than the last time I drank it.
The 22nd bottle for home drinking in 2024 🍶.
Matsu no Kotobuki, Junmai Ginjo, Shizuku Label💧 from Tochigi Prefecture.
I dug up a brand that had been sleeping in the fridge at home since about January 🔩.
It has a sake strength of +3.5, which is right between sweet and dry, and it was easy to drink, with a slight flavor but not too thick 😋Thanks for the drink 🙏.
Completely jacked 🤣.
The colors have a mad scientist feel 🫀.
Now, I wondered what kind of bad taste it would have, but it has lovely flavors like strawberry and lychee😳.
The sourness and bitterness is glimpsed behind the zesty sweetness.
Isn't it quite delicious⁉
On the fourth day, the sweetness, sourness, and bitterness are all tightly combined, making it more to my liking. ‼️
It was a tsundere type sake.
Good evening, Maru-san 🦉.
I wouldn't know this is sake if you didn't tell me 😆 The taste is...tsundere 🤣I'd like to try it as it sounds very much to my liking ❣️Tochigi's sake is very wide-ranging!
Good morning, Pon-chan: ☀️
This sake is like a strong blonde lady in a rider suit who is actually very kind 🤣.
I feel the depth of nostalgia of Tochigi sake👍
Good morning Maru 😃.
It's nice to know that the alcohol you jacked up is the type you like 😌If the strong blonde lady in the rider suit is nice to you... that's nice too 🤣.
Today I'm having a drink with my colleagues 😆🎵🎵🎵Matsunotsuju Dry Junmai Hitogokochi ❗Since it's dry, it has a mild umami flavor, and it's sharp and clean 🎵🎵It's really good with Sashimi 😆🎵🎵🎵.
Thank you for your comment, Jay & Nobby 🎵The aroma and flavor are mild, so I think it is good for sashimi ❗Tochigi Prefecture is a good place for famous sake 😃Please enjoy 🎵
Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix (7)
Matsu-no Kotobuki, a sake we see but don't drink often
I drank
Junmai Ginjo Omachi Unfiltered Nama Sake
Juicy and umami. I drank Yumesasara after this event, but I definitely prefer the Omachi!
It's gassy and not very sweet, but it's delicious!
Sake and notes that are typical of Omachi...
What's that? I think this is what Nemuchi-san was talking about when he said it was an Omachi-like sake 🤔.
HADE MATSUKOTO Junmai Ginjo *Our comparison
I've never had this one before, though I've seen the label often.
It is said to be made with aromatic yeast. Rice is Gohyakumangoku.
It is indeed gorgeous.
It is refreshing and tasty, but I wish it had a little more umami.
Good morning, bouken 😃.
Matsunotsu no Kotobuki! We also HADE a bottle about 2 years ago 😅It's been a while since we had a bottle of Hitogokochi Matsunokoto in the fridge 🤗I'd love to try a bottle that is more like Omachi 😋.
Hi bouken😊
I'm drinking a HADE MATSUKOTO right now too ❗️
Is the omachi good 🥹.
I didn't have a choice because it wasn't on sale,
Omachi's is so good 😭
Hi Jay & Nobby 😃
Tochigi sake has so many delicious sake brands that I get lost in them and end up putting them off 😁.
I wasn't really aware of it, but the Matsunotsuki made me realize how much I like Omachi 😊.
Matsunotoshi Junmai Ginjo HADE na MATSUKOTO Unfiltered Genshu R5BY
Neon pink and flashy from the bottle! Tastes sweet! I'm not that crazy about it, but I'm sure lots of girls like it!
Illustration of interest in cold storage
Selected these two and compared them
It was a refreshing sake 🍶.
