Ripe enough, but with a tart, fresh texture.
It's a shame to hear that it is no longer available.
The name and the label are interesting.
Junmai Tochigi Sake 14
It has a firm, cool, dry taste.
It is brewed with soft water, and you can tell.
The name of the rice shows the love for Tochigi!
