It's been a long time since I've been to Rokune😆. I don't remember it being this clear. I was thinking 🤔. I drank it while thinking 🤔. I wonder if using Hwaso will make me feel refreshed.

Firm acidity, not sharp but not rounded either. The acidity enhances the umami. Still, it is the soft sweetness of the umami that takes center stage. It is very good warmed.

This is a new wine from Rokune. This is my first time drinking Tiger Eye. There is little or no top-fragrance. In the mouth, there is a slight acidity with a hint of sweetness. It has a full-bodied umami flavor, and it finishes quickly. It is a calm sake with a slightly dry taste, typical of Rokune. It is a good sake for a mealtime drink. It was delicious!
