I was afraid to open it because it was a crown type and foamy, but there was no problem. It was sour and had a strong rice taste. It has a bitter taste like a greefleur at the end.
It comes in a beer bottle, so you can easily drink it like beer on a hot day.

I think I was allowed to drink many kinds of drinks at the Rokune booth.
I was strangely curious about the "Rokune? I was strangely curious about "Jusui Shikkomi", but I was able to taste it 🤣.
The one that caught my interest was the "Rokune Junmai Ginjo Aizan Genshu," which was still very Aizan-like with a gentle sweetness.
I compared the more expensive Gin-Karasu-boshi and Hana-Mika, and found the Gin-Karasu-boshi to be more flavorful and to my liking.
Visited my daughter's high school festival. The power of the festival is amazing. I'm smiling, but I'm a little uncomfortable with my youth that has passed. I wonder if you can understand.
At the station near the high school, there was an Aomori products exhibition. Rokune, which I had heard rumors about, was selling directly. I was torn between sapphire and ruby, but I went with Jusui, which was recommended by the brewer who showed me around.
At first I thought it was dry and refreshing, but I soon realized that I was wrong.
It was full-bodied but had a nice aftertaste and a pleasant alcohol feeling. It is delicious. It's a good match.
