Rokune no Aizan Namazake 🍶.
I recommend this one 😊🍶.
It has aroma and richness 😊🍶🍶.
Is it water💦?
Is it the rice🌾?
Is it the yeast?
Or something else?
What makes sake 🤔 so delicious?
I got into a discussion with my sake buddies 🤔
My sake buddy says it's the water and rice
I think it's the rice and yeast.
I wonder what it actually is 😆🍶✨✨
It's one day tomorrow this year 😆✨✨✨
Good evening, chika 😃.
Rokune-san! I'm curious about your recommendation 🤗What is it about sake🍶 that makes it so delicious? I wonder if they do that kind of special on TV 🤔I don't know but it's delicious 🥹One more day to go...what to end it with!
Good evening chika🍶.
I was looking forward to seeing how Rokune would change since I read on your instagram that a new Nanbu Touji came to the brewery this year.
I'll try to get my favorite bar to stock it 🤗.
Good evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo 😆👍
Matsuchiyo is
You even get that kind of information 😆.
Thank you very much 🙇🏻
As for the others...
I like this Rokune no Aiyama ❤️
This Sake has a good balance of sweetness and dryness. There is a full mouth feel and is cotton candy sweet. I like that the dryness of this Sake is not too strong.
This Sake did win a Grand Gold Medal for the Fine Sake Awards Japan 2023.

Gentle, unobtrusive aroma, firm acidity, soft rice flavor
The soft rice flavor, wildness, and delicacy coexist in an exquisite balance.
The perfect balance of wildness and delicacy.
#Nihon-shu
It has a sour and fruity taste, similar to white wine.
However, after the white wine-like taste, the umami of Sakekomachi gradually comes out.
I don't like to drink white wine-like wine, but I think I like it well in this genre.
