Shu-in opening!
The aroma is clean 🍎.
Personally, I don't feel much sweetness, but a nice clean acidity and a bitter taste at the end 😋.
It is said to be very polished, but the specs are not disclosed in case you are interested!
1500 yen is cheap for a pure large class👍.
Zhuyin's raw sake that we drank on Monday: ‼️
I've had the hi-ire before, so I already know it's good👍.
I think the sweetness and deliciousness of the raw version is much more intense 😋 The bitterness and sharpness are similar to Kudokidoujie.
It's also good with meat 😋 or on its own of course!
I don't see any specs on the label, but it's supposed to be in the 20-percent milled range.
Great cospa: ‼️
I bought a bottle of Nama Sake last year from takeshon Sake Shop because I got it from them and it was so good 😊.
It's just as gorgeous and sweet as the hi-ire, but I think it has a juicier umami 🤔.
This time we chose two bottles. The first one is Zhuyin, which we bought because we thought it was very tasty when we drank it outside before.
It is very gentle and sweet, but also surprisingly sharp, so it goes well with food. 🙆♂️
I checked it out and found that it is polished to the 30% rice polishing ratio.
It is a great deal because you can buy it for around 1600 yen 🤣.
Sake introduced by a sake store.
The contents are said to be junmai daiginjo.
The price was quite reasonable for a junmai daiginjo.
The taste has a Junmai Daiginjo-like aroma and a mild mouthfeel. The mouthfeel is a bit thick and the aroma is moderately gorgeous. It was very delicious.

I've never seen you before (or maybe I just didn't care 😅).
I'm not privy to the rice polishing ratio or sake level, but it seems to be Junmai Daiginjo😃.
Yopa memo
Sweet and delicious is the perfect word for it!
I think it has a bit of a sharpness to it because of the high strength 🙂🙂🙂🙂.
It's both strong and refreshing.
The feeling on the nose is like melon🍈.
There is a sharpness to it too.
I had to stop it when I was about to finish 4 cups.
About 2 cups of sake
I wonder if the taste changes on the second day.
I'll finish it at night😄
By the way.
The rattle (this time it's a beauty) was not a hit 😩😩😩😩.
I didn't win at all 😢😢
It was delicious 😋😋😋😋.
Thanks for the food🎶🎶.
It's been a super long time since I've had a pearl rhyme 😁.
I don't know how many years it's been since I've had a draft sake, since I don't have any pictures left from the past, but I'm looking forward to it for the first time 😊www
So let's open the bottle: ‼️
The aroma is fruity, sweet, delicious, juicy and fruity🤗I love this time of year when it's new sake the best 🤗Wow!
I wish I could just drink fresh sake all the time 😄.
Following the Kuroryu Shizuku that we drank on New Year's Day, we had another sake, Zhuyin, which takeshon-san gave us!
Jikon's family has been having a "takeshon festival" since New Year's ✨.
Thank you takeshon-san for everything 🙇♂️
The taste is sweet and tasty, with no unpleasant taste.
It has a good balance of moderate acidity, bitterness and spiciness.
I can't tell the detailed specs from the label, but it's a pretty good sake!
It's really delicious 😋.
Takeshon-san told me about a good one: 🙇♂️
Hi Zeek Jikon 😃
This is a very cost-effective sake 👍the rice polishing ratio seems to be in the 20 per cent range 👍I heard they don't use much rice for sake 🤣I hope it's as good as it sounds 😋.
Drinking alone.
There was a restaurant I wanted to go to, but it was closed 😢.
I decided to have a drink at a restaurant next door.
I had never heard of this brand, but I liked it very much because it had a sweet taste and a clean aftertaste.
Pearl Rhyme, I'll remember the name: ☺️
