Yamawa Sake Brewery and Shinzawa Brewery have been brewing for one year each.
Yamawa Brewery and Shinzawa Brewery each take turns brewing the sake 😳.
The 2025 was brewed by the Shinzawa Brewery.
The flavor balance was great, and we enjoyed it with steamed scallion with sake 👍 "Urara and Clara", Miyagi's sake brewery is very chic!

Today I'm in Nagoya on a business trip🚅.
I arrived late and went to a familiar restaurant near where I was staying 🥴.
