Gently sweet with a hint of sourness
I've always been curious...
I've never had Masumi, but I prefer the label (what about it?).
It has a fruity sweetness to it with a light fizziness.
But I also feel it is dry... ❓
Definitely delicious.
Dense fruity nose, apple-like.
Melon-like chemical on the palate for a moment.
Crisp and light acidity with a refreshing sweetness.
The taste is fresh and dignified rather than powerful like a pure sake.
The intensity of the flavor when you take a sip is amazing!
However, it does not smell like sake, and the flavor of the rice is very strong.
I liked the taste! I want to drink it again.
Continuation of yesterday's drinking session in Akihabara at a client's place.
MIYASAKA Nakadori Junmai Ginjo, No. 7 yeast.
Fruity, with a hint of acidity.
Soft and elegant.
Impression of the label?
Explanations are important.
The feeling of pleasure you get when you are able to do something that cannot be verbalized is as good as the feeling you get when you have a drink. I have a feeling of regret and pleasure tomorrow because I wrote what I wrote.
Sake is delicious. I am grateful for all the work I have done and for the fact that I was able to drink. So, I sometimes use a fake sake to write my impressions when I'm drunk.
It is sweet. It's nice to feel that you have given up on the idea of being "refreshing".
It's a game of how far one line of words can be conveyed, and yes, how much I can remember when I'm sober.
The balance is sweetness oriented.
This type, in my personal opinion and appreciation, gives the impression of being sweet, but easy to drink. This is rather difficult.
That is why I am thankful to have met this kind of work, and ashamed of my ignorance of language.
Souzake. It is a draft sake, but at 15% alcohol by volume, it is refreshing and easy to drink. It is dangerous because it is easy to drink (laugh). It seems to go well with all kinds of food, but I think it goes well with something light and refreshing!
☆ 3.5
Slightly light gas.
Rumney-like refreshing aroma with a smooth and extended taste.
It is the type that should be drunk as soon as possible after opening the bottle.

Bright and lively flavor maybe a bit like green apples.
Some bitterness but also some sweetness and umami.
My wife says
It starts with a mellow aroma, then there is a slight tangerine taste, and after that there is a very wrinkled sensation in the mouth, which gives the impression that this sake is alive!
