MIYASAKA of Miyasaka Brewery, the brewery of Masumi
I wonder if it is new sake.
Sake with freshness and a good balance of acidity and bitterness.
It has a ginjo aroma, but the aroma is not so strong that it is easy to drink as a mealtime sake.
It is best to drink it cold and refreshing.

The aroma is mild, with a slight graininess. In the mouth, it is crisp and sharp, with a slight tang. The elegant sweetness and acidity spread out and disappear with the fresh acidity.
It was a well-balanced sake with a beautiful sake quality and freshness.

Overall, the sake was sharp and cool.
Fruity and firmly bitter, with a juicy aspect due to the slight effervescence. The moderate sweetness that does not interfere with food is too much for my taste 🥹.
It is different from the mellow sweet type that has been popular in recent years, but easily recommended for beginners!
The initial aroma is sweet like caramel. When you drink it, you will be able to taste the robust sweetness, a hint of sourness, and a moderate bitterness. There is also a slight carbonation. The aroma is gorgeous and fruity. It has a rather heavy and sweet impression. It seems to be better on its own. It seems to go well with sweet food during the meal. It went well with dorayaki. Is it similar to Genmai's special junmai or Jyugendai Kuroemon?

I had never seen it before, but I was sure it would be delicious! I've never seen it before, but I'm sure it's delicious!
Sure enough, it was very delicious 🤤!
Fresh, sharp, fruity, well-balanced, pleasant to drink and it went very fast. ✌️
I want to try it again!
I wish my local liquor store would carry it 🥺!

When it enters the mouth, the delicious sweetness of the rice spreads out in a gorgeous way, giving it a well-balanced mouthfeel. It has a slightly fizzy taste at the beginning, but after a few days, the taste becomes more subdued. It has a wonderful balance of aroma, taste, and mouthfeel.
This is the second bottle today (lol) and it's New Year's.
Since it is a draft sake, I will make use of the mistake I made last time, chill it well, and finish it by the end of the day.
It has a slight effervescence. Ginjo aroma? slowly spreads. It has a fruity taste, but with a clean aftertaste, so it is easy to drink. It was delicious.
A treat with Osechi!

In a word, "elegant"!
It has a roundness with a fruity flavor, and is full of the richness that is typical of Aizan!
Even though it is a fire-brewed sake, it has a freshness like a fresh sake, and it is extremely delicious!
