Bought Kaze no Mori Junmai Daiginjo Rohafu at Liquor Mountain in Nara, Japan. Pink label.
When the bottle was opened, there was the sound of gas. It has a clear sweetness, a fresh gassy feeling, and a lactic acid flavor. Delicious!
