I was headed for the Kirigamine mountain climbing, but gave up when I went to Suwa because of the bad weather. Since I went all the way to Suwa, I went to Suwa Gokura. I bought a bottle there. Kunmai Daiginjo Junmai Daiginjo Nama-no-Hara Sake 2023 by Kuushinin Kuheiji. There is not much information about it as it does not seem to be on the market very often. As of summer 2024, it is my No. 1. It is rare to find a written recommended drinking time. Both the first touch and the aftertaste pass by like silk.
