Purchased at Koshinkan, a sake brewery-owned store Mellow mouthfeel with a soft lingering aftertaste. The brewery says it aims to be the ultimate food sake, and it certainly is! It is very easy to drink and tastes great without being overpowering with food. This time we paired it with sashimi and tomato nabe, but it can be served with Japanese and Western-style meals as well! As expected from Gunma's popular sake Basho! It is relatively easy to find, so please try it!

It's so shwashy. It's cloudy, but not sweet, and really dry! If it were summer, I would drink it straight from the bottle! Delicious 😋.
