A bottle of Tsunekigen's regular sake was purchased for 1980 yen. Polishing ratio 65%. It is not labeled "Honjozo," so it must have slightly more alcohol. The taste is very beautiful. Even though it has a lot of alcohol, the flavor of rice, graininess, and the aroma of rice malt can be clearly felt. It is perfect for daily evening drinks. This is why I can't stop my journey to find a good "normal sake"! 1980 yen, unbelievable!

At the usual restaurant The third cup is Jokigen, which I haven't had in a while. The aroma was not too strong, and the taste was slightly sweet with a hint of apple I was very happy with the taste. ☺️ The snack was crispy grilled chicken with yuzu pepper. The yuzu pepper was a nice accent.

Spring has come. Firefly squid. A new Yamahai raw sake from Tsunekigen. Freshness, a bit of wildness, and full of umami. Good balance. Just right. I'm tipsy and in a good mood. Good heated sake is good from the smell.
