Fresh aroma reminiscent of apples and bananas.
The palate is light, with a fresh sweetness and juicy flavor.
The finish is tight and sharp with gentle acidity and bitterness.
A really tasty ‼︎ drink 🍶.
It has a great flavor and a very nice ginjo aroma that spreads in the mouth. It is very easy to drink as it does not feel heavy.
I've been drinking a lot of modern sake, so I feel like I've found a really good sake 🤭.
I want to drink it again... 🤤.
Mimuro Sugi was delicious, Imanishi Sake Brewery.
This is my first visit to Imanishi.
The aroma is sweet and gorgeous, like muscat.
It has a clear, fresh mouthfeel and finishes with an exquisite crisp acidity.
It seems to go well with anything as a food sake, but it was especially perfect with soy sauce flavors.
This is delicious!
It has become one of my favorite bottles.
Pairing︰Harumaki(chicken, shiso cheese, turnip), rolled egg, yam strip
Imanishi-san of Mimuro Sugi🍶 this time Omachi🍶 is light but has a good sweet and umami taste with moderate acidity and a good sharpness, it goes well with a meal. ☺️ is delicious!
I often see the name Mimuro Cedar warehouse. I bought it without knowing it. I wonder if it is bottle-fired as far as I read the label.
The aroma is soft and tropical. The taste is mellow, sweet and sour, but not heavy, and yet it leaves a lingering aftertaste. It has a good balance of sweet and spicy, and you will never get tired of drinking it.
The Asahi rice variety has been produced since 1931.
It has a clean and light taste and the umami of rice spreads well. It has no peculiarities in the mouthfeel and goes well with food. It is a sake with a fresh and robust taste.
Imanishi Sake Brewery is well known for its Mimuro Cedar.
I have not seen this sake very often, but I bought it thinking that the sake bearing their name must be very strong.
The aroma is subdued, but it is like a rummy.
It has a light sweetness and a nice sharpness.
It has a slight alcohol taste.
I heard that Asahi rice is a low GI food, I hope this sake is also low GI 🤣.
Good morning, Maru 😃.
Imanishi, you are drunk: ☺️
I'm glad it's low GI... but the GI of sake seems to be determined more by the brewing process than the ingredients, unfortunately it's not going to beat spirits with zero sugar 🥲.
The best. This is exactly the kind of sake I was in the mood for, so I was very impressed with the taste.
It is the best match for the sweetness of the eel. It is also very good with the salami, which has a strong flavor.
Imanishi by Imanishi Sake Brewery, which brews Mimuro Sugi. This is the first time I have had it including Mimuro Sugi.
It is delicious!
It has a strong umami flavor, but it goes down your throat easily without any stickiness. Although it is fire-aged, it also feels fresh and is very easy to drink.
