It goes well with light dishes such as white meat fish.
White wine-like aroma, light sweetness from rice, and clear acidity in harmony.
Tonight we will end the year with this and welcome the New Year!
I hope to encounter many fine sake this year as well!

Kompira-san mairi (visit to Kompira-san)
There was a store where we could drink new sake, so we ordered some!
The waitress said the sake was strong and good this year!
It has the coolness of new sake, but perhaps because it was soaked in alcohol, it seemed to be more beautiful and calm than vibrant.
The aroma is quite gorgeous.
The taste is rich and sweet, with a nice bitterness. The end is tangy and has a nice sharpness to it!
The aroma of rice flavor through the nose was also good. ✨️

Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki
Quintessentially gorgeous!
The taste is moist and full of elegance.
It is full of elegance.
As expected of Kompira-san, the stairs are very steep, so the udon and sake are even better after visiting the shrine!
We ate two bowls of authentic Sanuki udon during our short stay. It is soft, firm, and tasty even in a simple bukkake dish☺.
fresh olive
Aroma reminiscent of young grass and alcohol. The round mouthfeel is followed by a sharp acidity. The nose is then filled with hints of young muscatel and olives, and finally finishes with a lingering pungent aftertaste.
Pair it with salted chocolate. The sweetness and saltiness compensate for the dryness of the sake, creating a good balance.
