A cup of sake from Kinryo, a local sake brewery in Kotohira, one of our favorite sake breweries.
It was a smooth, light, dry sake with a hint of sweetness, typical of Kinryo 🍶.
It seems to be popular with everyone. 🙆♂️
Unfiltered Junmai Nama-zake Sanuki Yomai 70%, No.6 yeast, 17.5
Sweetness and refreshing acidity. It is dark but refreshing, easy to drink, and you don't feel the alcohol taste.
The aroma is moderate, and the mouthfeel is well-balanced with acidity and bitterness.
It is also delicious warmed.
