My first impression is that it has a mild taste without any peculiarities.

I found this at a 7-Eleven on the way home from work and got it!
This one seems to be a famous sake from Shimane that is exported to countries all over the world 🍶.
The taste is smooth and mineral with a slight tingling sensation afterwards. I guess it's a raw sake with an elegant taste suitable for a meal 👌The aroma has a nice fruity feel to it 👌It seems to go especially well with fish dishes.

I found one nice Japanese sake shop in the neighborhood when I searched for it on Google.
The first time we went, the owner, who appeared to be in his late 80's, recommended "Li Bai Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake."
I've been studying it.
While the super dry taste lingers in the mouth, the smoothness and sweetness of the sake is felt through the throat.
I feel that it goes well with hearty food rather than drinking it by itself.
It's really delicious! But since this is my first time drinking it, I'll give it a 90.
