A sake from Kanagawa, where I live, took first place, so I definitely wanted to drink it and bought it.
It has a gorgeous aroma, followed by a refreshing sweetness, and then the characteristic Junmai Daiginjo rice flavor. It has a sour taste at the end.
Even though it is a junmai daiginjo, it was easy to drink.
Delicious.
Won first place in the Junmai Daiginjo category of SAKE COMPETITION 2025, a sake competition to determine the world's best commercial sake.
Fruity, elegant, sweet and delicious.
It does not have much of a ginjo aroma, but has a slightly sour aroma like a honjozo.
In the mouth, it tastes like water at first. After swallowing, there is a slight bitterness.
It was supposed to be a ginjo, so it was a bit different from it, but it had a refreshing taste that did not interfere with the meal.
It is refreshing in the mouth, so it might go well with a steak or gratin that has a strong flavor. It might go well with a steak or gratin with a strong flavor.

Fruity, dry mouthfeel. Delicious.
We paired it with shioumai from Sakiyo-eiken.
It is not too watery, not too thick, not too flirtatious, not too sharp, not too strong, just right. At worst, it is not very distinctive, but I like it very much. It is delicious. Dry and very easy to drink, but not plain like water.
