Buy at the brewery
1,604 yen / 720ml
It is a fairly large sake brewery with a large parking lot.
There is an unmanned store, and when making a purchase, one pushes a button to call a clerk, allowing one to take their time in making a selection.
The sake has a sweet and slightly alcoholic aroma.
The taste is also alcoholic, but the balance of sweetness and sourness is good, and the taste is strong.
Purchased at Kiyokawa Roadside Station.
At first it was so tangy and blue cheese-like in flavor that I thought it was fizzy. After a few days of drinking, it became a delicious sake.
This is the Morimasu we drank at the Odawara Kamaboko Dori Revitalization Council's "Autumn Sake Ajiwai Tour - Junmai Sake from 13 Breweries". I think it was my favorite of the thirteen. The taste and aroma were mild, and it was the most delicious for the climate and my physical condition.
