Purchased at the Chiyomusubi Sake Brewery in Sakaiminato.
The super-harsh taste, which makes monsters cry, is also mature and good to drink.
It is a hiyaoroshi that reminds us of autumn.
I paired it with chestnut rice.
It is moderately spicy when drunk in large gulps.
It can be served as a main course, as a snack, or as an in-between-meal drink, as long as it is salty enough to fill you up.
It can be served with anything as long as it has a salty taste.
I told the priest of the shrine that I like Chiyomusubi, and he gave me this one.
He said that even though he cannot drink alcohol, he donates a lot of sake to the shrine on New Year's Day...
I drank it chilled all the time, but it tastes better at room temperature (lol).
The rich aroma and umami spread in the mouth.
When chilled, the spiciness comes out a little stronger.
It is mellow at room temperature.
Sweet aroma with fruity aroma and mild acidity like some lactic acid
No schwarziness
Sweet taste in the mouth
Fruity, fresh and sweet taste
Soft and loose sweet taste lingers in the mouth with a long aftertaste

A drink at Yonago Airport at the end of a drinking trip to Izumo Taisha Shrine, Shimane's castle, hot springs, and sake with my drinking buddies 🍶.
It is soft on the palate at the moment of drinking, but it is refreshingly "super" dry, and later you can taste the umami of the rice, but it has a nice sharpness to it, which I like!
I enjoyed the trip!
I drank this sake at Yonago Airport on the way back from a trip to Shimane (Izumo-taisha shrine pilgrimage) with my drinking buddies. As the name suggests, it has a very dry aftertaste. It is said to be made in Sakaiminato. It was very tasty.
Chiyomusubi Gowriki
The taste was modern and delicious.
A solid knot, a bond between people that will never change forever.
Chiyomusubi has revived and cultivated the phantom "strong rice," which was a prewar variety promoted by Tottori Prefecture.
This sake rice is said to be a current variety grown only in Tottori Prefecture. It has a fresh banana aroma and a pleasant aftertaste. The acidity is pleasant.
