Chiyomusubi Hanpukai 5 Bottle Drinking Comparison
Fill in your impressions each time.
I will look into this in more detail, but there were two bottles of Gohyaku-mangoku.
Of the 5 bottles, the first sip is my favorite by far.
Solid taste. Subtle fizziness.
Sweetness, deliciousness, acidity. A little bitterness remains at the end.

I will fill in my impressions each time.
The first bottle is strong.
It has a sense of fizziness.
The acidity is firm.
A little umami and bitterness.
The nose has a citrusy aroma.
Interesting!
The rice flavor and sweetness is goofy at first, but the astringency and nuttiness lingers at the end 🥜.
I bought this bottle when I was in Osaka for a long time with bouken-san, and after we both drank it, I had a different impression than I thought I would.
I had heard that the fire-infused version was delicious, so I think I was expecting too much 💧.

Hiyoroshi even during GW
Sake for a quieter time
Slightly aged aroma, almond aroma
Slightly milky and smoky
Cheap cheese becomes smoked cheese
A very dry amino acid drink with a lot of flavor
Junmai Daiginjo!
It has a graininess and a strong rice flavor.
You can also taste the sweet and sour taste with a sense of fruitiness.
The bitterness gives it a clear crispness.
It is rich in various parameters.
A good sake.
Taste 4/5 stars.
Special Junmai Slightly classic but fruity, Hurray for unfiltered raw. I rather like this one.
Hatsushibori: Slightly peculiar and unique, also very good. I can't stop drinking unfiltered draft.
My wife's impression was the opposite: she liked the Hatsu Shibori Junmai Ginjo more and thought the Special Junmai was peculiar.
This is the recommended sake of the day at the izakaya where I stop by when I want to eat ara-ni. It is light in color and tastes delicious around the perimeter. It is 100% Yamadanishiki with a rice polishing ratio of 55%.
