This is the first sake brewed with drunken musubi🌾, a newly developed rice suitable for sake brewing in the Tono region of Gifu Prefecture.
As the label says, it is a clear, fresh and fruity sake.
I have also drunk Kozaemon, Onnajyoju, and other drunken musubi, and they are really delicious. I recommend this rice. It is delicious. 😋😋😋😋😋

At a sushi restaurant, I ordered a regular Junmai Daiginjo from Enayama, but they were out of stock,
But they said they had a pure one which was not listed on the menu.
It tasted fresh and clear.
Perfect with good sushi 😊.
I think I might have gone with this one ✨.
Will repeat😊.
4.4 points
No piquancy, sweetness. Light aftertaste. Easy to drink. Good as a food wine.
I had a zero after-party with my friends at an oyster hut.
I went to a yakitori restaurant on a whim, and it was a wonderful encounter.
