Literally, sake that is only distributed in Yamagata 🍶🍶.
Refreshing aroma✨
Clean and dry taste 😋.
Certainly dry enough 🍶 👍️
It also has a strong umami flavor 😉.
Aroma is modest, but honey apple and milk-based richness.
The aroma is clean and gentle, with occasional hints of Western liquor.
Sweet and tasty with moderate acidity.
Spicy and dry aftertaste.
PS : On the first day, I felt a mineral-like powdery taste and wrote "chalk" or something, but did I feel a kind of umami? Gradually it became less of an issue, and by the third day, the full-bodied flavor had increased and there was a unique deliciousness!
It's time for a night of drinking with two women born in the town of Shirataka, Yamagata, and I don't remember what it tastes like (I do remember things that have an impact or that I want to drink again, even if I'm drunk). This is...
Almost the entire list, all of it delicious.
To be pure and clean.
Alcohol content 16%.
Polishing ratio 60
Toko is brewed by Kojima Sohonten, and is a limited edition sake for exclusive dealers. Kojima Sohonten is a sake brewery founded in 1597, and is famous as the official brewery of the Uesugi Kenshin family of the Yonezawa domain.
It is a sake brewery that was allowed to brew sake even during the "prohibition of alcohol" during the Edo period (1603-1868), and is a long-established brewery with 24 generations of history.
This junmai sake is characterized by its sharp and slightly dry taste. It has a moderate texture and a taste that never gets old, making it a perfect accompaniment to a variety of dishes.
It was the most ordinary lol.
And the next day, I was taken to Shinbashi again by an acquaintance, or rather a slightly senior person in my life. 😅
Shimbashi is also quite interesting, as you can find many different kinds of stores when you go a little off the main street.
I had a small glass of draft beer at first.
I quickly switch to sake (lol).
The first one is a sake from Yonezawa, Yamagata called Rinku, which is a first for me.
Yonezawa is famous for Toko and Gazanryu, but I had never seen this brand, so I quickly took a sip.
The sake was dry and refreshing, just like the label on the back of the bottle, with a delicious flavor of rice.
It was easy to drink and I finished the whole bottle in no time at all. It was a nice drink and I finished the whole bottle in no time 😁.
