While somewhat discreetly sweet, the Aftertaste is dry. Good sharpness 😋. I'm under the impression that this would be even better with a little bubbly ✨. However, as the temperature rises, the sharpness becomes duller and the sweetness becomes more pronounced. The sweetness becomes more pronounced. I think it's better when it's cold 😋.

I bought this one at Kimura Sake Brewery after hesitating between it and Daishinshu. I have had Toko before, but this was my first time to try Yong. The top aroma is mild but fruity. As the introduction of Shusen-do Horikazu says, it does have a hint of cherries, doesn't it? It is dry and fresh with a moderate sweetness. A little citrusy? Sharp dry sake. A little too light for me? A little too light for me. After a few days, the dryness settles down.

I went to Yonezawa City during Golden Week and purchased this sake at Toko's Sake Brewery. Nyu is a sake that is only available in Yamagata. With a coupon I got at a roadside station in Yonezawa, I got a sake bottle with Toko's name on it. It is a dry sake with a Sake meter rating of +6. It was easy to drink with a clean taste. 1760 yen.

Tobu Underground Purchased after tasting a variety of wines It has a mild aroma and calm taste. There is a slight gaseous taste. It has a delicious flavor and is not flashy, but is a deeply delicious sake. We enjoyed it with dice steak and grilled potatoes with cheese. It is an easy-drinking sake with a delicious flavor that does not stand out but has few demerits.
