While somewhat discreetly sweet, the Aftertaste is dry. Good sharpness 😋. I'm under the impression that this would be even better with a little bubbly ✨. However, as the temperature rises, the sharpness becomes duller and the sweetness becomes more pronounced. The sweetness becomes more pronounced. I think it's better when it's cold 😋.

I bought this one at Kimura Sake Brewery after hesitating between it and Daishinshu. I have had Toko before, but this was my first time to try Yong. The top aroma is mild but fruity. As the introduction of Shusen-do Horikazu says, it does have a hint of cherries, doesn't it? It is dry and fresh with a moderate sweetness. A little citrusy? Sharp dry sake. A little too light for me? A little too light for me. After a few days, the dryness settles down.

I went to Yonezawa City during Golden Week and purchased this sake at Toko's Sake Brewery. Nyu is a sake that is only available in Yamagata. With a coupon I got at a roadside station in Yonezawa, I got a sake bottle with Toko's name on it. It is a dry sake with a Sake meter rating of +6. It was easy to drink with a clean taste. 1760 yen.

Sourness but a bit floral and light aroma 😋. In the mouth, it's dry but without the characteristic unpleasantness, the aroma, umami, and acidity are elegant and pleasant ✨😆😆. This is great with oden and nabe dishes 🍲☺️ would love to pair it with ❗️

3.5/5 My friend who went with me asked me to choose a sake that would go well with fried rice, so I hesitated and chose 洌. The taste was fresh, but with a robust, drinkable flavor that made the choice a no-brainer (lol).
