I asked about Amakuchi at a liquor store in Saga and they recommended it to me. It has a very good balance of sweetness and a hint of sourness. It is quite sweet and very pleasant on the palate.
Purchased at a sake store in the basement of the Nagoya Matsuzakaya Department Store as a ginjo-shu made by the son of a toji who has specialized in ginjo since the Taisho era (1912-1926). It has a very smooth taste. The slight acidity, which is like a hidden taste, fits with my impression of it being "like water. It is easy to drink.
