It was hot again today! So I opened a new bottle of summer sake. It's so simple 😅 This is the first time for me to drink "TAN" too! It has an apple-like aroma. It has a strong acidity, but as you sip it, the sweetness starts to come out. It is very smooth and easy to drink. Perfect sake for hot summer.

It is a little spicy with a sweet umami taste. I had an image of Tadashi as being sweeter, but this is just the right amount of sweet and umami. The sweet-savory aftertaste is very good, and the spiciness is just right to finish it off. This is delicious.

I bought it at a liquor store in Shizuoka. I found it at the same place where I went to buy W, which I checked in before, and bought it immediately. It is Aizan, but the taste is more refreshing than sweet, which is typical of Aizan. I thought it would be good as a food sake. I am sure it is delicious.
