Go🚗 to a liquor store for my first sake from my first prefecture.
This liquor store is always friendly and helpful 😃.
I came here looking for sake from my first prefecture 😃.
I innocently told him that I was looking for a sake from my first prefecture 😃 and he brought this guy from the back of the store 😳.
This was a brand I had added to my wish list 🍶 after seeing Jay & Nobby's post earlier, so I bought it without hesitation 🍶.
First time drinking a Yamanashi-shu 🍶 It's delicious 😋.
It has a light astringent taste with a touch of Yamahai.
I can feel a certain rice flavor in the back of it.
This impression lasts from the beginning to the end.
I felt a sense of flatness and breadth rather than a sense of depth.
I felt such an impression 😋.
I served it chilled.
The aroma I felt was
-Aroma: Slight sweetness of rice
-Aroma: Slight sweetness of rice.

Hello shinsaku3😃!
Congratulations on your first Hatsudan and your first Yamanashi ㊗️ 🎉 We are glad that the brand we raised and the one the liquor store took you to matched 🤗.
I got the impression of a moderately interesting flavor 😌.
I guess it's more like 2D than 3D
Good evening Jay & Nobby 😃.
Thank you 😊
It was quite a delicious 😋 drink👍.
It tastes vast 🧐 with no complexity and a salty 15 degrees all the way through.
I can't describe it well, but that's how I feel 😃.
Yum 😋.
The junmai namaishu I had previously had a mild aroma derived from rice, but this time it had a slight melon aroma and a refreshing mouthfeel. I wonder if this is because it is a junmai ginjo.
It can be enjoyed both cold and warmed. I thought so, but I drank the whole bottle cold... LOL!
I don't really like to drink Yamahai, but I was attracted by the Omachi & unfiltered raw sake, so I bought it.
The taste changed my image of Yamahai in a good way. It has a fruity aroma and the umami of rice, which is typical of Omachi, is also strong. It is also delicious with a hint of sweetness.
The label is as cool as ever!
Today, Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake by Tadashi from Sasaichi Shuzo in Yamanashi Prefecture: ❗️
The aroma is not much. The first sip has a fresh raw flavor and a dense texture on the tongue, followed by a slight bitter astringency. It doesn't have much of the heaviness of a hara-shu, but it has a complex flavor like a nama-hashiro or yamahai sake. ❗️ interesting sake. ❗️❗️
