It is robust, thick, and a bit gushy, but it softens when drunk in a square. Probably very good when heated. I paired it with yellowtail, sea bream, salmon, tuna toro, tuna akami, kingfish, and kinme sashimi 😋.

Thu Tue Sat Kim Sui is fragrant, but dry for its aroma. It plays a great supporting role to match the food and enhance its taste.

おぉー、スッキリしてうまい。透明感のある飲み口で香りはやや控えめながら後味にほんのり甘さが残る。
少し脂のある食事(焼き鳥など)に合わせると口の中をスッキリさせてまた食事が進む進む。w
