Now it's time to go to Kakugami Fisheries! So today, we have steamed hamaguri (clams) with sake and grilled squid. And the main dish is ramen 💖I had ramen (3rd picture) in Asahikawa during my summer vacation and was shocked by the delicious horse mackerel dashi soup ❣️The ramen I've never had before‼️ Just today there was a pile of soy horse mackerel on sale at Kakunoue so I tried the horse mackerel dashi ramen💪It turned out pretty well👍😋 Asahikawa is It tasted somewhat like broth from grilled horse mackerel? The taste of the broth from the raw horse mackerel was a little different, but the seafood broth was still rich and delicious. ‼️It was a full course of seafood 👏Hi, Kamikawa-san, I'm sure you can get along with any dish, but today was great, too. ⭐️If you prefer the delicate taste of steamed clams with sake, the rich taste of squid guts is better than that of steamed clams with sake. The rich taste of squid wata is more powerful than the delicate taste of steamed clams. ❣️

Today I was served "Kamikawa," a sake that is apparently only sold in the Kamikawa area of Hokkaido.
I learned of its existence at the end of this trip to Hokkaido,
If you want to buy it at a sake brewery, you can buy it at a local sake shop or convenience store,
I tried to buy it at the brewery, but I was told that "it is available at local sake stores and convenience stores, but not at the brewery's own store or online.
So I bought it at a Seven-Eleven near the brewery😅.
I heard you can buy it at Furusato 🤔.

The aroma is gorgeous and the moment you put it in your mouth, the gorgeousness and fruity taste spreads! The aftertaste is also good as it lingers a little on the tongue! It will go well with light dishes such as sashimi!

We are expanding the area next to the Hokkaido Sake Brewery as we did yesterday 🤩 maybe tomorrow too ⁉️
Of the brewery's limited edition sake, we purchased the dry one today.
Purchased meat and sushi for Asahikawa and cheese from Kamikawa Taisetsu brand to start the party 🎉.
It has a crisp and dry taste, but the aroma and umami are packed in. The dryness is enhanced by wasabi and soy sauce 🥰.
