Commemorative Sake for the Opening of Doi Shoten Sapporo Store
Fresh aroma of green apple and lychee, which can be felt a little when a glass of wine is passed around.
Refreshing acidity and gasiness on the palate.
Lychee floats on the palate.
The sweetness is moderate, and there is a light bitterness at the end with just the right amount of citrus.
I had it once at a restaurant, but it can also be enjoyed on its own!

I feel like it was a vacation that ended with just a lot of tidying up and cleaning. 😅
In between, I played and drank with my kids and grandkids...just like the theory that fun goes by so fast...lol!

I think I bought the Junmai Daiginjo from Kamikawa Daisetsu online.
It is a junmai daiginjo and has a very clean taste.
It has a nice balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity, each in gentle harmony in the mouth, while still being refreshing.
I was drinking it while saying how delicious it was, and before I knew it, I had only about 1 gou left to drink.
It was very delicious! 🎉
The owner of the liquor store told me that he has a gold medal winning sake 🍶 that came in today, so here's Kamikawa Taisetsu again ✨!
And that it goes great with meat 🥩😉.
Is Tokachi ramen 🍜 and Genghis Khan 🥩? I'm not sure 🙄.
I like lamb, but Genghis Khan is heavy 😰.
I stopped by the supermarket and they have lamb chops 🫱😁.
But only after preparing it overnight 🫱! And we'll eat it the next day 😋.
Kamikawa-san has a faint aroma. I think it's a gentle aroma of rice. (difficult 💦).
The mouthfeel is soft, but the umami of the rice comes in thick. Good sharpness with acidity afterwards. ✌️
The minerality and acidity that doesn't lose to the peculiar flavor of the lamb certainly goes well with it 😏💕.
I guess it goes well with the local stuff (if you can get it...)
The after dinner ice cream 🍨 is also great 😆.
