The second drink at the Sacred Bar was "Kaguyahime," which is very Kyoto-like. It was fresh and sweet on the palate, so it went better with grilled white onions than sashimi.

Yamamoto Honke had a store at Sendai Mitsukoshi in conjunction with the Kyoto Exhibition. I look forward to Yamamoto Honke's "tarekuchi" every year at this time of the year, but it seems to take about one more week before it is shipped, so I did not get it this year either. The aroma is a fresh ginjo aroma. The mouthfeel is fruity, fresh, sweet, and juicy, with a light acidity and bitterness from the aftertaste of alcohol. It has a high quality, classical, and sharp taste, and is very satisfying to drink. Thank you very much!

A "sacred" store found near Nishiki Market in Kyoto. Great cold drink when you are finally able to sit down after a long day of walking 😀. It was slightly carbonated and went down my throat so well I didn't mind the 19% alcohol content 😅. You can't tell the alcohol content in modern sakes. Beautiful construction.

Opened July 16, 2024 a gift from a friend of mine Really mellow ❗️ apple juice🍎. Very silky with a hint of alcohol stimulation ^ ^. smooth ^ ^ ^ I think this would actually go well as a food sake 😆. With elegant Kyoto cuisine (o^^o) It's awesome ❗️

My sister and I got this sake during lunch in Kyoto. When I sipped it, I felt it was aged, but the soft sweetness was delicious. It went well with my favorite fu dengaku (not pictured).

Light and dry. It is easy to drink. It was delicious with yakitori. I tried to buy a bottle at the next liquor store, but they were out of stock. I guess this kind of thing happens. It was a pity because Tori Sei carries it...
