Left "10."
Mito's Meiri Sake Brewery, which is famous in a sense, produces "Suifu Boast" separately from its mainstay "Vice Shogun.
Another famous sake brewer, Toji Kikuchi, has revamped the label with a new No. 10 yeast.
Although Toji Kikuchi has already left for another brewery...
I think the black label is a regular brew...
Melon. You can feel the juice and pulp of the melon in the sweet flavor.
It's amazing that a pure rice brewer can produce such a melon flavor!
It may not be Kikuchi Toji's style, but it shows the potential of the new No. 10.
At a stand bar in front of Mito Station
It's just like you said it would be.
I'm not sure if it's the same or not, but I'm not sure if it's the same or not.
I'm not sure if it's the same or not, but I like it.
I like this kind😋.
No. 10.
Freshly opened, it is filled with a slightly somewhat fragrant aroma.
After a couple of days, the aroma went into the sake, and I couldn't find it no matter how hard I looked for it. But when I was absorbed in the chase, I realized that I was being chased by the flavor of the rice.
It's a kind of chase sake.
Juicy!
The first thing I feel is melon. Then melon. Finally, melon. The aftertaste is not persistent and slightly dry due to the slight effervescence.
In short, it's really oishii. LOL!
The liquor store gave us a ascidian skewer as a service.
I was so impressed, I'll be coming back...!
New Sake of the Year
Sweet aroma like melon and apple.
Fresh, sweet and sour and rejuvenates the mouth.
It has a firm sweetness and a little bitterness afterwards.
It can be drunk without any fingerprints.
At Mito's freshly squeezed new sake festival
Both Daigin and Honjozo are only 500 yen a glass, so you can't help but drink from the Daigin.
September 2019 Purchase.
Mizufu-Jiman No. 10 Junmai Daiginjo (unpasteurized)
Slightly banana-like aroma
It has a refreshing texture and leaves a tangy finish on the tongue. It's something unique.
It's low al and smells like cider or candy.
I don't know if it's a preconceived notion that people have changed in taste, but I think it's not as juicy as it used to be.
Day 2.
It's more solid than the first day.
It was hot, so I put some ice in it and it went down my throat with no resistance.
It's partly because it's diluted with ice, but there's almost no alcohol feeling after drinking it.
Morishima's Nekohachi label is adorable!
Inside is a light, crisp, gorgeous sake brewed with M 310 yeast, the pride of Mito's Akari variety.
It's a bit past its peak. It's a shame because it's so clean, soft and excellent. Goes well with stews and stews.
