The gentle taste on the palate that goes down smoothly. Summer sake is delicious, but the aftertaste may not be to your liking.
The instrumental Masamune. It is really easy to drink. For some reason, this is a sake that catches the eye and gives the impression that many people are posting about it. It is really easy to drink as a first drink. A drink that I think I can understand why you would want to write a review. However, if you are a little drunk, it may be a little, yes, a little, but not enough.
Now, I'm proud of the water style. I am completely guessing the label.
I picked it out before I drank it and drank it last, but today it's a winner. It has a sourness that lingers in the throat, but there is no lingering alcohol, and the drink leaves a sweet taste.
I am grateful for the fact that my day happened, that I saw life a little differently, that it wasn't a mistake, that I didn't act on it, and that I made up for it with sake, and I thank you again today.
We will have two bottles recommended by the liquor store. The first one is Suifu Boast No. 10. He said it was similar to Zancho Horai Queen. Well, it certainly has similar sourness and sweetness. However, this one has a stronger fizziness and alcohol content, so it comes with a big thump. And the aftertaste is dry. This is quite tasty. I was not into the label, so I did not buy it.

Dry melon🍈May have a little bit of a strong seme smell? When paired with chicken grunt, the unpleasant taste is lessened and it is easy to drink. It has a strong sharpness. It is a good match for the sweet and spicy flavors of yellowtail.

I thought that unfiltered unpasteurized sake would be white and cloudy, but this one is clear.
There are so many kinds of sake.
Reunited after a week 😅 Taste is strong. Not too harsh. The sourness is pungent. It makes you salivate. Light and refreshing with corn kakiage🌽.

This was one of the bottles recommended at the tasting. I bought it immediately because I liked the freshness of the raw. It was refreshing when chilled, and the sweetness increased as the temperature rose.
