Shin-Yamaguchi 1)
Working in Yamaguchi from today, I went out for a little drink as well as dinner last night.
After a few beers, my first sake was my first sake.
Nakashimaya
Slightly sweet, beautiful sake.
Clear.
You don't feel the 16-17% alcohol content, it just goes down smoothly (is this common these days?). 🤣)
As you drink it, you can feel the sourness little by little.
Delicious 😋.
I also had fried blowfish.
The waiter recommended it to me and brought it to me.
The waitress brought it to me as a recommendation. It is crisp, spicy and delicious! It's crisp, spicy, and delicious!
Nakajimaya has been a fan since I found it in Yamaguchi. I bought one at a roadside station.
It is still delicious.
I think the Junmai was easier to drink, but it is a good sake in its own right, and I recommend the Junmai to anyone who just enjoys sake.
I would recommend Junmai to anyone who only enjoys Japanese sake.
I think I found a good sake, Nakajimaya.
I had never seen it in Tokyo, so...
All of them are delicious, and now, the autumn rise.
But unfortunately, I was so drunk that I don't remember much...
Let's drink again.
I drank it for the first time.
I was amazed at the depth of sake, and how many other delicious sake products are still hidden away... I can't stop.
I can't stop.
It's unfiltered, but easy to drink, and has a strong flavor.
I have decided on a bottle to take home as a souvenir.
Nakajimaya Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake
The aroma is capsicum + a hint of nama-zake!
The taste is a gorgeous pineapple flavor, just like the aroma! The taste is a complex mixture of various flavors such as lactic acidity and caramel...(but it is quite crisp...) A strange drink in a good way! ☺️)
I bought a bottle because the store owner recommended it so highly! I'm going to taste it carefully! 🥰
It is a Junmai Daiginjo made from 100% Yamadanishiki.
The initial aroma is pleasant, reminiscent of bananas.
After enjoying the aroma for a while and gently taking it into the mouth, the banana aroma and sweetness fill the mouth with a slight chirichiri sensation.
The rich, mellow flavor is enjoyed until the finish.
Thank you very much.
Purchased at a liquor store in Shimonoseki
Found while sightseeing in Moji/Shimonoseki on Coming-of-Age Day!
Chose Nakashimaya's Yamaguchi limited edition sake, which is often seen in Fukuoka
Cold sake!
Muscat-like aroma!
Slightly gassy and acidic.
Lightly cloudy with a moderate volume from the mid-palate.
The astringent aftertaste is impressive.
Good evening, Kyuzo-san!
I crossed the Kanmon Straits! We also made a short stop at Akama Shrine 😊.
It was my first visit to Shimonoseki and it was a great place to feel the history 😆.
The rice has a great crumbly texture and is very creamy and delicious 😋.
It was a bit of a shock to me because it was different from any nigori sake I've ever had lol.
It's a nigori sake that I want to repeat 😆.
Bottom of the bottle.
Lightly as shown.
Not much aroma.
When you take a sip, you get a mouthful of juicy apples and pears.
Fresh with a strong acidity.
The mouthfeel is slightly mineral, with a slight tingling gas feeling.
The second half is crispy, bitter, and hard.
A good match with the sake lees-enhanced slices.
Taste level 3.5/5
