Purchased at a liquor store anytime. Not a complete jacket purchase, but a label purchase lol. Sweet from the green apple-like aroma. Refreshingly sweet rather than juicy. There is a slight effervescence, and you can feel a light petitiveness from the moment you put it in your mouth. This is probably the first time I've tasted this brand. The bubbles increase as you pour and let it sit for a bit. Alcohol level 16%. Rice polishing ratio: 50% for koji rice, 55% for kake rice Color Colorless

A summer-only junmai ginjo from Nakashimaya in Yamaguchi Prefecture. This is the first time I have had Nakashimaya's sake, I was very impressed by the acidity of Nakashimaya's sake. I loved the acidity of Tatenokawa's sake, but it was just as good. I would like to try many other sake from this brewery. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes acidity. Today we had Hakata sesame mackerel style sashimi with various kinds of pickled vegetables and dashimaki with chives (both made by the brewer himself 😉 ) and petit kaisendon, the best marriage 😋.

At a sushi restaurant in Sannomiya, I met up with some people I have not seen for a long time. Among the various sakes we had, this one was a personal hit. It is very easy to drink and beautiful. It's not often seen in Tokyo, but if I find it, I'll buy it immediately.

At the usual liquor store I use when I go back home Unfamiliar labels from unfamiliar breweries... The description on the pop-up said it looked close to my taste, so I chose to try it 🎶. It's a sake from an unfamiliar brewery, isn't it? I asked the staff at the cash register... Nakashimaya's sake is not included in the standard selection, but it's a Concept Worker's Selection, so it came in that slot! ↑There are many ways to get it in, aren't there? 🤔 This is a small brewery, and since last year or so, a young toji? (President?) has been trying to make new sake since last year. (President?) has been trying to make new sake since last year, and this sake seems to be the result of it! That's what I heard. I'm a bit fuzzy on the information, but I'd like to record what I heard anyway 🤣. And the taste Grapefruit-like flavor like Kouei Chrysanthemum ~ ❣️❣️ This is delicious🎶🎶 Nice balance of sweet, sour and bitter 🎶⤴️⤴️ The next day, however, the grapefruitiness is gone and it becomes very sweet and fruity 😍😍.
