I went shopping at Aeon today and found this Toko on the shelf near the expiration date in the sake section. I've never had a sake from Yamagata before so I bought this one. It's a dry and robust sake ☺️. I like the taste. I thought I've never had a sake from Yamagata prefecture but I did. I had a hard time deciding between it and Nanbu Bijin but it didn't matter.

Purchased at the sake corner of Inageya. When I saw the label, I thought it looked vaguely familiar...I had drunk it three years ago..! A very refreshing and easy-to-drink mid-palate sake. Cold sake is good, but room temperature is also good. It was a luxurious drinking time on a weekday 🍶.
