My first visit to a brewery. I tasted three kinds of sake.
The Snow Goddess was a bit overwhelming in terms of elegance, perhaps because I drank it after looking at the price. I was overwhelmed by the elegance of the sake.
I was so impressed with the sake that I sent it home.
I also found a bottle of Mitsuo Yamakawa's 2023 Aki, which I got last year. I felt the history. Cheers to the Lord of Uesugi.
