The smell is gentle and fruity with a nice texture on the tongue. It has a rich umami flavor and you can drink it as much as you want 😊. A wedding gift for my grandson💕I am especially thankful for the sake I receive for this precious moment 🙏. It was a milestone sake 🍶!

Local Sake in Echigo-Yuzawa Met at a liquor store in front of Echigo-Yuzawa station: 🙋‍♀️ Is this all there is on the label? I was curious and bought it! When I opened the package, I was surprised to find the smell of koji mold and delicious aroma! It's a little bit of a fruity smell, I'm sure it's something fruity 💕I don't know how to describe it 😆I'm really sorry 🙏 It's thick and dark and easy to drink, but it also has a spicy taste under 16 to 17 degrees, so drink with caution, it's thick and delicious 🍶Today is Friday, too bad I have to work tomorrow 🥲. The Uesugi Family Imperial Sake Brewery is awesome! ⭐️ Rice polishing ratio: 65 Alcohol content: 15%. Newly squeezed sake, carbon dioxide gas since fermentation. The smell of koji is fresh and slightly carbonated💕. Not too sweet, fruity and very easy to drink. It's a new sake that feels good and is very gentle. I can taste it in my mouth and savor it while savoring it 😋I'm careful not to drink too much, but it's good 😋Thank you ❣️ This one goes down a treat even the day after a night of drinking 🙇.

Stopped by in front of the station after a workshop after work. I remembered that I could drink sake there, but apparently it is not possible now due to various reasons. I regretted coming here as soon as I found it. I imitated a previous customer who had bought a bottle and said it was delicious. I was happy to be allowed to taste it. It has a gentle smell and a deep or rich flavor.
