Purchased at a liquor store in front of Echigo-Yuzawa station. The year of the Noon is coming to an end. Alcohol content 15 degrees Firm smell, and mellow fruity 😀 😀 Really something... Local Sake in Echigo-Yuzawa Met at a liquor store in front of Echigo-Yuzawa station: 🙋‍♀️ Is this all there is on the label? I was curious and bought it! The Uesugi Family Imperial Sake Brewery is awesome! ⭐️ Rice polishing ratio: 65 Alcohol content: 15%. Newly squeezed sake, carbon dioxide gas since fermentation. The smell of koji is fresh and slightly carbonated💕. Not too sweet, fruity and very easy to drink. It's a new sake that feels good and is very gentle. I can taste it in my mouth and savor it while savoring it 😋I'm careful not to drink too much, but it's good 😋Thank you ❣️ This one goes down a treat even the day after a night of drinking 🙇.

Stopped by in front of the station after a workshop after work. It was my first time to visit this restaurant and I entered at 9:03pm when the last order was 9pm💦but the mom asked the master and he said ok👌saved me 💕and it's a bright and fun place and the sake is delicious 💕. I remembered that I could drink sake there, but apparently it is not possible now due to various reasons. I regretted coming here as soon as I found it. I imitated a previous customer who had bought a bottle and said it was delicious. I was happy to be allowed to taste it. It has a gentle smell and a deep or rich flavor.
