The next one was Kei, my first Kei. I had to cancel my trip to Izumo in June and was going to buy some Oroku at a liquor store in Matsue. I was glad to find it here.

The fruity aroma, which is not as fruity as it sounds, and the firm umami of rice, modest sweetness and acidity spread out, and the pleasant bitterness leaves the umami and aroma of rice, while it quickly clears up. It is well-balanced and does not feel heavy despite its richness.
On the second day, the lingering umami flavor lingers for a long time and is deeply delicious.

Went well with Japanese garlic pasta with bacon, spinach and mushrooms.

The nigori has a sweetness, but the sake itself is dry and clean.

It has a juicy, soft umami, with a hint of sweetness and an impressive acidity that spreads refreshingly.
The flavor and acidity harmonize well with each other even when heated, giving it a smooth taste.
