It is a nigori from the valley 🍶.
It was served cold.
The first aroma is sweet with a hint of koji malt.
In the mouth, it has a mild umami and a slight sweetness of rice.
Nigori is not bad, but I prefer the cool aroma and taste of clear sake 🤔.
This one was delicious too ✨.

Clear and dry. Bitter taste like citrus peel. The aftertaste is clear with a hint of sourness and bitterness.
I am from Shimane Prefecture. Now I have left the clan and am in another prefecture. I enjoy the freedom of not having a branding iron on my back or the letters (shima) floating in the air when I look through a special scope.
In the last century when I was in Shimane, still local TV commercials were quite frequent, often for local sake from Shimane and Hiroshima, and I remember that one of them was for Ohroku.
The song was called "...Sake born from ○○○○, Oroku, Oroku", but now I can't remember the "○" part of the lyrics and I am very confused. If it was "Koganei Ido" (Golden Well), the words and meaning would fit. I would like to visit the warehouse when I go back to my hometown and ask about it.
I have been talking about it for a long time, but this Kei Honsei is actually the bottom-ranked sake in the series caste system. It just happened to be the only one available at the store (and I didn't have the budget), but I bought it with the intention of trying a higher-ranked one later if it was good....
...It has no distinctive taste. But it tastes good. I couldn't take my mouth off the glass and drank it all.
However, after drinking it for a while, I noticed that it lacked a little something. I wonder if the gap would be filled if there were more of it. I would like to try it soon.

This is my first time drinking "Kei" by Ohroku Shuzo.
The light blue bottle is very cool 🎐, which is typical of summer sake.
The aroma on the nose is cool and sweet.
It has a smooth, mellow flavor and a slightly juicy sweetness in the mouth.
The quality of this sake is comparable to that of Tazake, which I consider to be the most beautiful sake.
The price, too 😂.
I want to try Ohroku next season 🤔.
It's a bit expensive though 😅

When the bottle was opened, it was too fizzy and had a strong bitterness.
After a week's storage, the complexity became clear. It has a good sense of rice and a slight effervescence that quickly cleans up even the darkest things. It is slightly yellow with nigori, and the flavor is the Oroku.
The sake bowl arrived safely and I used it immediately!
By the way, the price was 4,250 yen, but whether it is expensive or cheap is up to you. I also recommend Niimasa.
Anyone who has bought it?
Today, I had Oroku and Kei for the first time in a long time. It is a refreshing sake, but not lacking in flavor. It is the best sake for the coming season.
Kikei Nigori Sake (Unrefined Sake)
Highly carbonated (if cooled properly, it won't blow out😏)
Overall impression is light, perhaps due to the gassiness? (I guess if the gas is removed, the impression will change a lot 😉)
It is easy to drink with a dry aftertaste despite its strong umami flavor 😘.
It's been a while since I've had Oroku! There are so many different kinds, it's always hard to decide which one to buy 😘.
