Maybe because it's a special dealership, I was suddenly recommended to drink it at the end, and I drank it with gusto. What a waste. Serve it earlier, before I got drunk...
This is a series that I wanted to play against someday.
I have high expectations for how it will differ from that of Oroku.
Jacket value ... 5/10
The clear bottle with a white background is not enough to make me hot.
Ki ... 9/20
The smell of koji malt, which can be felt if you force yourself to smell it, and the soy sauce component is high; the hint of acidity is felt on the tip of the tongue, but... oh no!
Sei... 7/20
The taste is not spreading at all.
I feel like I'm underwater and my head is being held back.
Rolling... 12/20
The persistent acidity (mainly from the burning of Alc) and fruity bitterness are developing.
I expected a pattern of umami, but it didn't come true.
Yui ... 16/20
The bitterness and astringency in the first half of the bottle are very strong.
Cost... 2/10
I couldn't help but say "No way!
After review...I can't help but compare it to Ohroku, and the result is a huge difference....if it's a matter of taste, I'd say drink Ohroku without hesitation. ‼︎

It is true that it is "smooth" like a mountain stream, but if that is the case, leave the sublimation smell and the aftertaste! I'd like to say.
It is the same as Yi Yu in terms of strain.
It is definitely better to drink Oroku.
The noodles are generic, but the soup is delicious.
Oroku ★Kei Junmai Ginjo Hon Nama 720ml
Rice used: Yamadanishiki (Hyogo Prefecture) 55% polished rice
Alcohol content 15.5
We bought this together with Toichi and opened the bottle.
While Toichi is fuller and richer, Kei is clearer and fresher with a long lingering finish.
My friends who are accompanying me said, "I can see why you would be addicted to this if you drink such delicious sake all the time.
It's delicious, isn't it😋?
Hello @Mizuhashi 😀
I really am fascinated by good sake, aren't I 😀.
I don't think I would have been so addicted to sake if I hadn't come to Sake no Wa and learned about the charms of various sakes 😀.
The first sake of December. Seri cooked in a special soup stock.
This sake was served cold and refreshing.
I had an image of "Ohroku" as a strong sake, but I really enjoyed this refreshing and smooth sake.
A treasure trove of sake for the connoisseur, Sakebouzu @ Shibuya
I was allowed to drink this rare sake.
It is delicious. It is as refreshing as it looks, and the taste of sake can be felt.
Really, it is delicious.
I was served a nice sake. I may never drink it again...
First time to drink "Oroku
It is good!
Citrusy taste
Sweet, sour, bitter
Sweet, sour, bitter.

Shimane Oroku Shuzo's Creek
★★★★★ Rare 5 stars😊
Fruity fruity aroma reminiscent of citrus and lychee from the opening of the bottle.
A little nutty too.
Lush mouthfeel
Full of fruitiness
Great green apple 🍏ness
Sweetness, umami, minerality hardness
Good overall balance😚😚😚😚.
Some more complex flavors.
Tastes like caramel and milk candy
No hard-to-drink aged feel
Easy to pair with meals, although there is a fair amount of bitterness in the back.
It has a strong flavor, but it is surprisingly easy to drink.
It has a lot of different personalities and is very interesting 👌👌.
I bought some saury yesterday and wanted to try it!
I ate it grilled with salt.
It's still delicious 😆.
And I'll have a glass of Kinjaku hot sake 😌.
Hi superbebe 😌.
I haven't had Kei yet but reading your review makes me want to try it 🤔.
I went to watch the All-Japan Billiards International Open last week and I must say, the Taiwanese players are strong 🙂.
Good evening, Mr. Shieri.
Billiards was very popular in Taiwan until recently, but it has calmed down a bit now!
I remember watching a lot of pool games on TV about 10 years ago😊.
Good evening, Mr. Sakeran.
We have saury in Taiwan, but the taste is not as good as in Japan!
There is no fat and the meat is dry.
Maybe they have lost weight from swimming too much 😆.
Purchased at Takeda's Kurashiki branch of Wine and Sake
There are 5 types of Kei
Naokumi★★★★★
Nigori ★★★★
Nama-nazake☆☆☆☆ Nama-zake
Nama-zume☆☆☆
Hon-nama
The higher the number of stars, the lower the production quantity and the rarer the sake.
However, there is no big difference in price between 5 stars and 1 star
Only within 200 yen
At that time, I saw three types of nikkumi nigori nama sake being sold at a store.
---------------
Automatic stirring system
100% chance of a blowout if you're not careful 😐.
Sweet green muskmelon aroma
Good gassiness, shwashy
Fresh mouthfeel
Slightly sweet and bitter
Then an explosion of flavor that surges forth 💣💥💥💥.
Refreshing and full-bodied 😋.
I feel like I'm in a canyon with a clear stream flowing through it.
It is hard to believe that it has been aged for 2 years.
There is no stale smell at all!
The bitterness is a little strong at first.
After a while, it becomes milder.
Easy to drink and gobble up
Can be consumed in one night🤭.
There is a picture of fish swimming in a mountain stream on the back of the label
Interesting 😄
