Kikei Nigori Sake (Unrefined Sake)
Highly carbonated (if cooled properly, it won't blow out😏)
Overall impression is light, perhaps due to the gassiness? (I guess if the gas is removed, the impression will change a lot 😉)
It is easy to drink with a dry aftertaste despite its strong umami flavor 😘.
It's been a while since I've had Oroku! There are so many different kinds, it's always hard to decide which one to buy 😘.
It has a faint aroma of cemedine, and on the palate, there is no sweetness, but rather a complex flavor of umami or acidity. It is refreshing, but has a full and satisfying drinking experience.
I had been curious about this sake for a long time at a local liquor store and finally got my hands on it. It is a heavy sake, but I found it to be rather mellow. I thought it was also characterized by the fact that the flavor did not change much even after a short time.
Maybe because it's a special dealership, I was suddenly recommended to drink it at the end, and I drank it with gusto. What a waste. Serve it earlier, before I got drunk...
This is a series that I wanted to play against someday.
I have high expectations for how it will differ from that of Oroku.

After review...I can't help but compare it to Ohroku, and the result is a huge difference....if it's a matter of taste, I'd say drink Ohroku without hesitation. ‼︎

It is true that it is "smooth" like a mountain stream, but if that is the case, leave the sublimation smell and the aftertaste! I'd like to say.
It is the same as Yi Yu in terms of strain.
It is definitely better to drink Oroku.
The noodles are generic, but the soup is delicious.

We bought this together with Toichi and opened the bottle.
While Toichi is fuller and richer, Kei is clearer and fresher with a long lingering finish.
My friends who are accompanying me said, "I can see why you would be addicted to this if you drink such delicious sake all the time.

I really am fascinated by good sake, aren't I 😀.
I don't think I would have been so addicted to sake if I hadn't come to Sake no Wa and learned about the charms of various sakes 😀.
The first sake of December. Seri cooked in a special soup stock.
This sake was served cold and refreshing.
I had an image of "Ohroku" as a strong sake, but I really enjoyed this refreshing and smooth sake.
