Is this the first king record?
And a trip to the fresh yeast yeast system.
Another stopover.
It was a gift.
I opened the bottle to tell you what I thought of it.
The picture from the back is a tasteful drawing.
It seems to be iwana (char)?
Rapid current running through the valley.
The sense of power of iwana swimming against the current.
Unlike the ocean.
the world of compact size.
the experience of a majestic taste.
Thanks to ‼️
Strong gas and careful handling bottle.
Gutsy cloudy sweetness is dispelled by gas and acidity.
Pottery is cloudy sweet taste
Fuji has a sour taste
Tin has more rice sweetness, or sweet sake-like sweetness, but it cuts through quickly, so the tin has the edge!
A bottle at a restaurant I was taken to after a meeting.
I forgot the name of the restaurant😅😅 but the code name I personally gave myself was "Senpai no shijo" (senior's restaurant).
It seems to be the restaurant of a senior colleague of mine who took me there...
After a while, the owner brought this out of the fridge and we started drinking together💦.
I guess that means he's done for the day because the customers have just cleared out... Thanks for your hard work 😃.
I'm going to have it for the first time. I thought it might be heavy because it's from Ohroku, but it's as clear and light as a mountain stream, just like its name!
It's sharp, smooth, and not too peculiar.
Thank you for the new encounter!
The river and the food were both delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋.
Thanks for the food🎶🎶
The four-year aging process gives it a mellowness that is a world apart from new sake.
It can be served cold, room temperature, or hot.
Personally, I like to drink it in outdoor situations.
First, I ran in and had a drink 🙋.
The label on the back of the bottle shows a mountain fish as you drink it.
Shimane sake is often drunk warmed, but
but it is also delicious cold!
First of all, I was attracted by the name.
I was already drunk when I had it, so I don't remember the details of my impression, but I am sure it was delicious.
but I am sure it was delicious.
****
Specific name: Junmai Ginjo
Rice used: Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio 55
Alcohol content 15-16%.
A step up from the previous Super-Oroku ★★ to ★★★★.
The highlight of this sake is right after opening the bottle💓.
As stated in the brewer's description, after chilling in the refrigerator, when the bottle is opened, the gas inside the bottle comes out and stirs the lees from the bottom, like a snow globe, which is fun to watch. It is a delightful part of home drinking.
The taste is bitter + sharp, and when the lees are stirred, you can also taste the sourness + sweetness derived from lactic acid bacteria. I think it is a sake that goes well with summer, closer to beer than sake.
I am not sure if my health is affected by the combination of drinking and working overtime, but when I drink it, I lose my memory before bedtime, and it is a dangerous drink more than its alcohol content!
Oroku Kikei
Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
Ichi-san (Kyoto)
I ordered this sake thinking that I had never had much sake from Shimane.
I ordered it because I have never had so much sake from Shimane.
This one hit the jackpot for me personally!
I think it is the best sake for a mealtime drink!
I heard that Yamada, a sake dealer, has entered Seibu Ikebukuro, so I went to scout around. Not flashy, but a good lineup. I bought a bottle of Oroku nigori sake. When I opened the bottle, it was quite fizzy. Delicious. I paired it with some sashimi, but it was more suited to rough flavors like horse mackerel than elegant ones.
2015.
Good aging and strong flavor.
Not at all overpowered by the spiciness of the seared curry flavored chicken wings.
The others are burdock root Yanagawa style
Nukazuke (pickles)
Rice: Yamadanishiki
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Alcohol content: 15.5%.
Cool, fresh and smooth.
The ultimate food sake!
It has a richness and umami flavor from being aged moderately well in 2013.
Oroku is made from 5 different types of sake from a single brewing tank.
The higher the star number, the smaller the quantity.
