I first encountered it after the Great East Japan Earthquake when someone from Iwate gave it to me and drank it. It tasted the same now as it did then. It has a strong sweet sake taste, but I don't know if this is what nigori sake is like, since I don't drink it very often... It was a delicious sake with the sweetness of the rice coming to the fore.

This sake is like a thick amazake (sweet sake). The alcohol content is 20%, so it is very drinkable. It is quite sweet, but not too strong. It would be hard to drink it all the time, but 180ml is just right. Perfect for this cold season!

The cup version is often seen at NEWDAYS in the Kanto area. Recommended glasses: as it is in a cup, sake glass

I bought this one to accompany me on my trip. This is the first time I have had active sake "Yukikko". I shook the bottle before opening it, as I was told to "Shake it well before drinking. It has a beautiful cloudy white color like a snowy landscape. The first sip has a sweet and tasty flavor like amazake, with a gutsy aftertaste. Oh, the alcohol content is 20 degrees. I can see why. A cup of sake with a balance of umami and sweetness mixed in high concentration. It's a delicious ministry.

Even in Osaka, there were flurries of snow today ❄. It seems that Tohoku, Hokuriku, and the Sea of Japan are in serious trouble due to the heavy snowfalls that have reached the warning level 😣. Purchased at the Hankyu Umeda Sake Brewer's Festival after the brewer spoke enthusiastically about Yukikko and explained it to us👍. I had it cold. The aroma is of creamy freshly cooked rice & alu aroma 😁. The texture is creamy and thick, like amazake on the palate. After spreading on the palate, it feels quite sake-like. It feels like the koji is alive 😁. It is quite sake when it leaves the nose after swallowing. There is also a sharp sake feeling, which is as expected of a pure sake. Despite the cute name like "Yukikko", it has 20% alcohol. When I drank it at the brewer's festival, it was easy to drink, but now it is quite heavy😅. I finished it while imagining that drinking this sake in an aluminum cup while riding a train in Tohoku in the cold season might just warm up my body... 😋. When I asked the master what was coming up, he replied, "Don't tell me. There it is! It was my first time to try PINKU no Yukikko! It's a sludgy, gorish sake! It's not as sweet as it sounds! It's more like a dry sake! Even though it has a Sake meter value of -77! Is there something wrong with my tongue? I'll drink it with the other two slowly, forgetting about the time until the end of the day 🍶. Knowledge We used our original yeast to make this sake with a lovely pink color and a gentle sweetness and acidity. Alcohol content】10度(Pinku no Yukikko) Rice polishing ratio: 70%. It was supposed to be a very strong Dobrok, but since it is 20% alcohol, it was too strong for me to drink as it was. I tried it on the rocks and it became a little easier to drink. It was the best nigori sake I have ever tasted. I enjoyed it to the end, but I would rather drink regular nigori than nigori sake. I won't buy it next time. 2.5/5 stars
