Nigorizake is a long-selling product for more than 50 years with its unique thick and mildly sweet taste. It is an "active sake" that keeps enzymes and yeast alive. The charm of this product is that it can be stored in a cool, dark place for up to six months, even though it is still a pure sake." (from the official website) As a reward for overcoming the end of a hellish fiscal year, I bought a sake I had been curious about at a stationery store. I thought it was a newly released product, but to my surprise, it had a history of over 50 years.... Truly, the depth of sake is bottomless. The taste is thick and slightly sweet, followed by a slightly bitter aftertaste. Hmmm...it would have been my favorite if not for the bitterness...hmmm...

Yukikko was given as a return gift from Ofunato City's hometown tax payment last year. It is a long-selling winter-only item. I love it, but I rushed to donate it at the end of the year when I found out it was a Furusato tax return gift. Drunken Sake Brewery Alcohol content 20% (!!!) It is a cheap, high alcohol content, muddy sake, but even though it is mellow, it is easy to drink because it is active and has a refreshing, slightly carbonated taste. I wonder if it has a little sweetness. Danger of drinking too much: ⚠️ The can with the illustration of Snowy's illustration is so cute💕I want to keep it in my house. The size is also just right.

Pinku no Yukikko A bottle given to me by Eririn last year. It's a strawberry-milk like liquor. It is a sweet sake with a low alcohol content of 10%. I recommend it as a dessert sake! I drank it down in gulps! Home drinking 581
