Kansai Salmon Wagura Gathering (7) We were about halfway through the meeting when we had a drink of a slightly different kind of sake. Higashi-Rikishi Nigori-shu (Nigori-shu) Active Nama-shu. This was the first time I had tasted "Toryokushi" 🎉 or rather, I had never heard of this sake until this time 😲. The aroma was not assertive, but the mouthfeel was rich with umami and sweetness, followed by the aroma of rice through the nose and the bitterness that lingered in the throat. The mildness reminds me of doburoku or amazake ✨. However, it is a gentle drink that is hard to believe that it is over 19 degrees, and if you drink it too fast, you might get drunk later. The label is also stylish with two gorillas and "Nigori-shu", which is a love for Tochigi🥰.

The meeting with Mr. Gura (7) I remember tasting this at last year's traveling SAKE. Thick like makgeolli or doburoku. It's thick and gassy. It's about 20 degrees Celsius, so a dangerous one. I felt it had a pretty strong alsobe feeling. Fire-brewed nigori is easier to drink. I've been drinking Tochigi Ai🥰 since March.

Level of niggles (revised submission) From memory, I thought it was nigori active nama sake, but when I checked with my senior who drank it with me today, I found out it was a limited edition sake with a fancy pink gorilla label called "Junmai-shu Low-Alcohol Tokuno-Nigori-shu" (hence my new post). It is a mellow, drinkable, or rather eatable, drinkable yogurt! It was beyond the level of nigori! Shocking and delicious 🍶✨!

Cotton candy type of sweetness with a little schwack. I opened the bottle with some trepidation because there was a warning tag to open the bottle, but there was not even a little bit of a swoosh. (Laughs). (I felt a slight sizzle when I drank it.) It's summer! It's summer! But it was not as refreshing as I had expected, and it was very thick. But it was delicious. My husband did not drink it because he said it had a peculiar smell. I wonder if there are different tastes. 🤔. The label that looks like it was printed by a printer is my personal favorite. . I drank a gulp of it and realized the difference between light nigori and nigori sake. This is dangerous😅. I wonder if nigori sake has a higher alcohol content as it is thicker. It is right to drink this sake little by little. I learned a lot.
